From the mother of LA food trucks: KOGI truck
Cream Quesadilla --- Please bring this back on the menu. I love the mascarpone and short rib combination. Pickled onions give a nice contrast to the creamy taste. Mmmm...Short rib is love... :)
Kimchi Quesadilla --- love it...i love cheesy stuff...i love quesadillas.
Kogi dog --- kimchi on top of the dog...I like but not my favorite. I LOVE the GREASY WIENER dog (I'll have to take a picture of it next time I get it).
Truffle Fries = LOVE (From the Komodo truck). Fries is one of my all time favorite carbs (probably next to rice). I love the saltiness of this fries. Parmesan cheese and truffle oil..YUM!
Dessert melt from the Grilled Cheese Truck: nutella, banana, and marshmallow. I like it but I'm more of a crepe fan. I don't like this combination on bread. I'd rather have it in a crepe.
Fully loaded from the grilled cheese truck. Double carbs = double jeopardy. I love the mac and cheese and cheese combination. I wish it was short rib though not pork. 
I don't have any pictures of it but I also love the short rib taco at the Calbi truck, duck taco from the Flying Pig truck and truffle ice cream at the coolhaus truck.

I'll post some more food truck finds when I go visit First Fridays at Abbot Kinney (in Venice, CA). I want to try something from the Border Grill, Papas Tapas, World Fare (?), etc... I can't wait for September 3. :)
