It's my first time checking out Urth Caffe in SaMo. I ordered a small Spanish latte (mild) and shared poach di parma with my friend. Their coffee can be a little bit too strong for a non-coffee drinker like me but I really enjoyed the taste of it even though the weather is a bit hot (it feels like summer in SoCal today...i LOVE it). My poach di parma was light and delicious. The egg is perfectly poached. The bitterness of arugula and saltiness of prosciutto really complemented each other well. I also had a taste of their mushroom omelet and their mango shake. Both were good too. I can't wait to go there again. My new favorite love is URTH CAFFE.
