Mahalo brother for bringing us back some malasadas from Hawaii. Donut was not dense and it's haupia filling is coconut goodness.

L and L Hawaiian Barbecue

My brother left for Hawaii today (his 3rd time...grrrr). Michelle and I are so jealous. So to celebrate Hawaii, my sister and I got din din from L and L Hawaiian Barbecue. Yummy hamburger loco moco and portuguese sausage loco moco (both with an egg done over easy). I love Hawaii and it's food...good times.

It's so surreal to see a person you watch on tv. Made me a giddy girl meeting one of the chefs I like most on food network.  Palms sweating and words scrambling inside my head on what to tell her. Thank you to twitter.

my current obsession

My current obsession: love longboards truck's cookies-n-cream dipped in Ghiradelli dark chocolate and rolled in oreos ice cream ($4).

Park Avenue to go. Yummy but I still love Santa Fe Importer's combination cold sandwich.
