Daikokuya

This year I want to check off as many restaurants as I could that are on my list. First on the list was daikokuya. Their ramen was very flavorful. Broth was creamy. Noodles were "al dente". I didn't really care about the bean sprouts and green onions. I also loved their sausages. Sooooo good. It has that snap when you bite it. Yum. Pork katsu and shredded pork rice bowl is ok. Salad was crisp and oniony.
